Hi, I’m Michael — a passionate personal trainer committed to helping you transform your body and mind through a balanced, sustainable approach.

I offer customized fitness training tailored to your goals, whether you’re aiming to lose weight, build muscle, or improve overall strength and mobility. Alongside physical training, I provide practical nutrition advice designed to fit your lifestyle, making healthy eating simple and achievable.

I also support your mental wellbeing, helping you build confidence, stay motivated, and develop a positive mindset throughout your journey. My goal is to empower you with the tools, knowledge, and support you need to create lasting change. Let’s work together to unlock your full potential and become the strongest version of yourself — inside and out.

I offer 1-2-1 coaching, group coaching, online programming, nutrition support. Mental health support.

Training with me is all about real results, delivered with a supportive and motivating approach. Every session is tailored to your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle, ensuring that you’re challenged but never overwhelmed.

I focus on building strength, improving mobility, and enhancing overall performance — all while keeping things fun, varied, and engaging. You’ll also receive clear, realistic guidance on nutrition and recovery, so you’re progressing both in and out of the gym.

Most importantly, I create a positive environment where you feel encouraged, accountable, and confident every step of the way. It’s not just about the workouts — it’s about building a healthier, stronger you for life.

If you are looking to tone, or to lose weight, we will do cardio training to accelerate your progress

where we will train

I conduct most of my 1-2-1 and group sessions at Everlast gym, Netherfield, Nottingham but I also help others outside this gym environment.

Everlast Gym in Netherfield is a fully equipped, modern facility with everything needed to support your fitness journey. From free weights and functional training areas to cardio machines and recovery zones, it’s the perfect environment to push your limits and stay focused. With a motivating atmosphere and top-tier equipment, you’ll have all the tools you need to succeed.

I host regular Saturday morning outdoor sessions at Jubilee Park, Burton Road, Gedling, Nottingham which cost just £10 per person. Kids are welcome and come free!
